Pastors Moises and Santos Buendia are currently planting
four new works in the Lima area while overseeing two
established churches in Lima and three churches in the
Mountain region of Huancavalica. Our focus will be to
help them with outreach to the communities they are
planting in by running Vacation Bible Schools as well as
help them build positive relationships with the
communities by doing community service in the schools

In the summer of 2008
Cedarbrook Student Ministries will be bringing a team of
52to
Peru. We
will break into two teams so that we will be able to
minster in Lima and with Moises and the Peralas Church
as well as minister wtih Santos in the mountains with
the church in Lircay. The again
this year will focus Vacation Bible School
outreaches
to the children, gospel programs in the public school's,
and service work for the communities. We will have the
opportunity to share the gospel with hundreds of
children each day in VBS and reach many more through
our school programs. We will also attempt to meet
real physical needs by helping paint, clean, and improve
the schools and other public buildings in the community
in which the church is reaching.
