Join Cedarbrook as we seek to create 24 hours of unbroken prayer on February 21 and 22. We will pray for our church, our community, and our world. We will provide you with a simple prayer guide to help you as you pray. We will need almost 200 people to each take a 15-minute prayer slot. 

and when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness

Pray that our Immerse reading program will transform the lives of those at Cedarbrook as we read God’s word.
(John 17:17)

Pray for those in leadership at Cedarbrook that God would fill them with wisdom and strength to lead this church well.  (I Timothy 2:1-2)

Pray that our church and the church in America to be united so that we may point people to God’s love (John 17:23)


Pray that Cedarbrook would be a beacon of light in the Clarksburg and greater Montgomery and Frederick Counties. Pray that we serve our community well. Pray for the Dwelling Place, Sofia House, Clarksburg Closet, ESOL, Clarksburg 5k and Summer on the Lawn. (Matthew 5:14)

Pray that you are able to be a light for the gospel in your own neighborhood (Acts 4:31, John 17:15)

Pray for those in county, state, and national government positions (I Timothy 2:1-2)


Pray that God would raise up those who will pray, give, and go to help spread the good news of Jesus and his salvation to all nations and all people of the earth.  (Matthew 9:37-38)

Pray for those whom God has sent from Cedarbrook to reach all nations: Sue Hoxie in Germany, Huck Hamill in Barcelona, Dan Kane serving communities in Africa, Destiny Leahy serving MOPS International in Africa, Mark Stephens serving South East Asia through Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Matthew 9:37-38)

Pray for the peace of God to be known in all parts of the world.


Pray for those who suffer under threat of violence and war (Psalm 29:11)

Pray that our world would recognize and celebrate the miracle of life and work to protect all life from conception to natural death.

Pray that God surprises us all with answers to these
prayers that we cannot even imagine.
