I’m the Spiritual Formation Pastor here at Cedarbrook, but my favorite title is “Molly’s husband.” We have two sons, Peter and Daniel, two amazing daughters-in-law, Brittany and Courtney, and five grandchildren: Emma, Grace (who is now with Jesus), Camden, Eden, and Maya. We also have an overly friendly labradoodle named Tucker who thinks everyone is his best friend.

I enjoy long hikes, scuba diving, and a good game of softball. Fun fact: I was actually the very first visitor on Cedarbrook’s opening Sunday, and the beautiful greeter who welcomed me that day later became my wife. Before ministry, I painted houses, worked in retail management for a grocery store chain, and eventually stepped into full-time ministry in my early 30s.

I have been serving at Cedarbrook since 1992, and I still love it, especially getting to work alongside such incredible people. And if you ever want to win me over, bring me some Popeyes Fried Chicken.
