We are a ministry for all women in all seasons of life, focused on providing opportunities to connect women to Jesus Christ and to one another through:
God’s Word Prayer Fellowship Service
Throughout the year, we offer a variety of opportunities to learn and grow together, including small group Bible studies, large group gatherings, and seasonal events. All women that attend Cedarbrook Community Church (and their friends!) are invited to join us!
Make me to know your ways, O Lord; Teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long.
GOING BEYOND SIMULCAST
Cedarbrook Women is hosting the Going Beyond Simulcast with Priscilla Shirer on Saturday, September 25th from 9:30am-5pm. It will be a live broadcast and will be shown on the big screens at Cedarbrook! The cost is $25 per person and includes lunch and snacks.
FALL G2 BIBLE STUDY
Cedarbrook Women, we all know it’s important to study God’s Word, but sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. Jen Wilkin’s book “Women of the Word: How to Study the Bible with Both Our Hearts and Our Minds” teaches us a clear and concise plan we can use every time we open our Bible. Please join us this Fall to read the book and learn together for 6 weeks. In January, we will continue and apply this in-depth process to study books of the Bible together. You can sign-up when Growth Group sign-ups start on September 12th.
The Bridge is a ministry that provides connection, encouragement, and spiritual support for single moms. We meet every 3rd Saturday of the month from 6:30-8:30pm. We will have a host of activities, relevant topic discussions, and family events throughout the season. Free childcare is provided. Please join us for our first meeting on Saturday, September 18th. Check out our events page to register for any upcoming events. We can’t wait to meet you! Isaiah 41:10 “Do not fear for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will hold on to you with My righteousness right hand."
MOPS is a community for mothers with children ages birth to kindergarten. After a year spent hunkering down, living smaller, and experiencing a little more fear and anxiety than usual, we are declaring this is the year of going big. It’s a year of fresh starts and turning ordinary experiences into extraordinary ones. For the 21-22 season, moms are invited to come in person to meet other moms in the same season of life, build friendships, find support, and spiritual hope. Cedarbrook MOPS kicks off on Tuesday, September 28th, and will meet every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month at Cedarbrook in room 206. Doors will open at 7:30pm and meetings will run from 8-9:30pm. Childcare is not available. We'll have monthly morning weekday playdates and Mom's Night Outs along with some Family Weekend events. Registration is required. Click the link below to join using code 91WQ. For questions or more information contact Rachel Wolohan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Moms21 is a volunteer-run mentoring group dedicated to supporting and empowering pregnant and parenting teen and young adult moms. We offer parenting classes, playdates, and community connections. Join us on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday nights from 6:30-8pm at Cedarbrook.
Free dinner, childcare, craft, giveaways and diapers!
Meet our Women's Ministry Leader:
Hi, I’m Mollie Randall, wife to Andrew and busy mom to two girls. Of all the things I could tell you about myself, God is the center and very best part. My heart’s deepest desire is to know and love God more deeply each new day, and in my role as Cedarbrook Women’s Leader, I hope that you might know His heart and His Word more too.
