I am the Executive Pastor and it’s my joy and privilege to help lead, love and serve our Cedarbrook family! My best friend, Amy, and I have been married for over 30 years, and much of that time has been spent in ministry together—it’s truly been the greatest adventures of our lives. God’s blessed us with five amazing kids: our two oldest daughters are pursuing missions across Asia, our oldest son is in the U.S. Air Force, and John and Ellie are still at home keeping us young!

Outside of Cedarbrook, you’ll usually find me outdoors—hiking, running, working out, or just exploring with Amy. I’ve also have a love for general aviation, while Amy is happiest diving into a new cookbook. Fun fact: she grew up as an MK in Australia, and I was a PK in New England—so ministry as a family has always been woven into both of our stories.

I graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Pastoral Ministry and am currently working toward my MBA in Leadership. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of ministering in more than a dozen countries, planting churches, and serving in executive leadership both here at Cedarbrook and in the Midwest. What fuels me most is helping leaders grow, seeing churches thrive, and watching disciples make disciples who love Jesus with passion!
