PETER JACKSON
Youth Worship Leader & Worship Assistant

I’m the Youth Worship Leader and Worship Assistant here at Cedarbrook, where I get to combine two things I love—music and investing in the next generation. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is watching students step up to lead their peers in worship. There’s nothing quite like seeing them grow in confidence, faith, and leadership.
I’ve been part of Cedarbrook my entire life—literally. I’ve been here since birth, which makes 33 years and counting! I’m married to my incredible wife, Brittany, and we have three amazing kids: Emma (7), Camden (4), and Eden (2). They keep life full, fun, and occasionally loud.
Outside of church, I’m a below-average runner but an above-average fan of pickup sports. If there’s a game happening, I’m in—basketball, soccer, you name it. I also have a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life, like a warm brownie topped with ice cream.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from UMBC, and I’ve been on staff here at Cedarbrook for about 7 or 8 years. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m grateful to serve a church that feels like home in every sense of the word.
