When I’m not with the guys or my family, you can usually find me recharging on a dog walk with an audiobook, catching some serenity on the mountain bike trails, or getting humbled every time I lose at pickleball! A fun fact about me: I’m a lifelong learner. I read one Proverb a day—31 days, 31 Proverbs. It’s my daily dose of wisdom. I’ve been blessed with a 20+ year career that’s shaped a lot of who I am professionally. I’m currently a sales executive with Harvey W. Hottel in Gaithersburg, where we provide commercial HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing services. My favorite treat? Easy—chips and salsa. And honestly, one of the things I love most about what I get to do is our daily 5:45am IronMen Leadership Prayer call. It keeps us grounded, connected, and constantly amazed by the grace of God.

JASON CHANG Church Plant Pastor Resident I’m a Church Planting Resident here, which basically means I get to help lay the groundwork for new church communities, something I’m deeply passionate about. I’m married to my amazing wife, Angela, and together we have three incredible kids: Emmanuella (8), Elliana (5), and Evan (2). Life is loud, joyful, and full of surprises. When I’m not working, you can usually find me exploring new places with my family, trying out new foods (I’ll try almost anything once), or just enjoying quality time with friends. I’m also a huge board game fan. Settlers of Catan is my jam. If you ever want a game night, I’m your guy. I have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master of Divinity, which gives me a unique mix of strategic thinking and theological grounding. One of my favorite parts of this role is getting to ask questions and dig into the “why” behind what people do. I'm endlessly curious about what drives and inspires others. Therefore, we are committed to empowering relationships geared toward helping people mature in trusting and following Jesus so that they can continue to develop relationships that disciple others to trust and follow Jesus. REVITALIZING AND CHURCH PLANTING Just as individual disciples are called to be disciple-makers, churches are called to be church-makers. We do this in two ways: •By revitalizing existing churches. •By planting and helping others plant new gospel-centered churches in areas where the gospel is needed. SERVANT LEADERSHIP Though Jesus is the very Son of God, he did not come to earth to be served by humankind. Instead, He came to serve and put others above His own interests and needs. As disciples of Jesus, we serve others by building up the body of Christ and our surrounding community using our spiritual gifts, passions, experiences, and abilities. SPIRITUAL FAMILY Jesus’ disciples are meant to live in fellowship with others. Every disciple of Jesus is part of a larger body called the Church, or family of God. As a spiritual family, we are committed to cultivating strong, healthy relationships within our church and with other churches in our region.
